The packaging was nice and well, very secure. Update: All the emails are in my SPAM folder,so everything is OK.
I was not provided with any tracking number, no messages that my item was shipped already This gives impression that it's a scam and the items are not even in the UK, but the address seemed to be a valid UK warehouse. Second of all, the service quality was rather terrible, no communication, no messages. I am not sure it is genuine as the label on the charger seems washed out compared to the original one I had when I bought the computer, also the color on the DC plug also seems a bit different (paler in color) and the tip maybe longer than the original one, but that is okay as long as it works. First of all, the quality of the item seems to be good! I have tested it only for 1 day so not sure how it is going to work on the long term.
